    Overview

    Surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Herefordshire, our course offers you perfect opportunity to enjoy a game of golf and relax.

    We're a friendly club and welcome both visitors and societies to come and enjoy our course!

    The course is situated 4 miles north west of the city of Hereford, nestled in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside. The walking is easy, with gentle rolling fairways around two lakes, playing through mature cider orchards. There is always a background of hills, woods and wildlife with the Welsh mountains in the distance.

    Description

    At 6224 yards par 71, most of the holes require considerable thought, and with a policy of continual improvement it is seen as a fair but interesting test for players of all abilities. We have excellent practice and teaching facilities, including a dedicated short game area. We actively promote visitors from all walks of life and have been shortlisted as The Most Welcoming Club at the England Golf Awards.  We have also won awards for Innovation and being forward thinking.

    Membership

    Special Membership Offer for 2020-every new membership sold will be offered a FREE 20 minute golf lesson by our Head Coach Andy Cameron.  Andy has been here since inception, coaches county players and is very popular among the members. We offer our members added value by providng reciprocal deals with local suppliers, such as discounts on beauty treatments, and MOT/servicing as an example.  With lots of social events, we are more than just a golf club!

    Visitors

    We welcome visitors both to the course and into our clubhouse.  Our Sunday Carvery generally has a 4 week waiting list!  We offer various offers on lunch deals, for example we are currently offering 2 for £12.  We have a range of different social events, for example Mexican Evening, Steak Nights, Psychic Evening and Quiz Nights. We welcome Societies, and offer a flexible menu, so much so that a lot of our future bookings are from previous visiting societies who tend to rebook on leaving!
